These Terms of Service govern the use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, users agree to these Terms.

1) About the Site

The Site is a personal blog and portfolio focused on mods, remaster-related projects, technical content, game-related articles, and related creative or informational material.

Content is provided for general informational and community purposes.

2) Use of the Site

Users agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not harm the Site, its features, its content, or other users.

The following is not permitted:

• unlawful conduct;
• attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• disruptive behavior, spam, or malicious activity;
• misuse of forms, comments, accounts, or community features;
• posting content that infringes the rights of others.

3) Accounts, Community Features, and Moderation

If user accounts or community features are available on the Site, users are responsible for the information submitted through their accounts and for maintaining the security of their login credentials. By creating an account, posting comments, or using community features, users agree to use the Site in a lawful, respectful, and relevant manner.

3.1 – Single Account Policy

Each user may maintain only one account on the Site, unless prior written authorization is granted by the Site administrator. Creating, controlling, or using multiple accounts is not permitted. Multiple accounts may be treated as an attempt to circumvent Site rules, moderation measures, or account restrictions. The Site reserves the right to investigate suspected related accounts and to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any account involved. If you are unable to access your account, please use the proper recovery or contact methods instead of creating a new one.

3.2 – Moderation

The Site reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, approve, refuse, hide, edit for technical or formatting reasons, close, or remove comments, profile content, usernames, and other user submissions at its sole discretion.

Moderation may occur for reasons including, without limitation, spam, harassment, abusive or offensive language, hate speech, personal attacks, unlawful content, misleading behavior, repeated low-value posting, or content that is off-topic, excessively repetitive, disruptive, or not aligned with the purpose of the discussion area.

The Site may also limit features, suspend accounts, deactivate accounts, or remove content in order to protect the Site, its users, and the quality or manageability of discussions. The Site is not required to provide prior notice, individual explanations, or restoration of removed content.

3.3 – Newsletter

If an account is created on the Site, the email address associated with that account may also be added to the Site’s newsletter. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link, and newsletter subscription may be canceled at any time through that link.

3.4 – Account deletion

Deletion of an account does not automatically remove comments or other public submissions previously made through that account. In some cases, such content may be retained and identifying account name may be replaced with a generic label [Account deleted] in order to preserve the integrity of discussion threads in the comments sections.

4) Content Disclaimer (Informational Purposes)

The Site’s content is provided for general informational purposes only. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and up to date, but no guarantee is made regarding completeness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Technical, modding, configuration, and game-related content may involve third-party software, user modifications, community tools, or external resources. Use of such content is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

5) Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may include links to third-party websites, services, downloads, stores, videos, or other resources.

Those third-party resources are outside the control of the Site, and no responsibility is assumed for their content, availability, policies, or practices.

6) Affiliate Links and Advertising

Some pages may include affiliate links, sponsorship-related content, or advertising.

This means the Site may receive a commission or other compensation if users interact with certain links or make purchases through them, at no additional cost to the user unless clearly stated otherwise.

7) Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site content, including text, branding, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Ultimate Remaster and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party content, trademarks, game assets, screenshots, names, logos, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for informational, commentary, archival, compatibility, or illustrative purposes where applicable.

No part of the Site may be reproduced, redistributed, or reused in a misleading or unauthorized manner without permission where permission is required.

8) Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
